• Check-in time is 3:00 - 7:00 PM unless previously arranged.
• Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
• A deposit of one night's lodging or a credit card is required to confirm your reservation.
• 2 night minimum stay on special event weekends.
• We are a NON-SMOKING inn.
• Breakfast is served from 8:00 – 9:30 a.m. weekends and 8:00 - 9:00 a.m. weekdays.
• VISA/MasterCard/American Express/Discover accepted.
• Our B&B is suitable for children ages 8 and older.
• Guests may bring their own alcohol and are welcome to use any of our cocktail glasses and bar accessories.
• A service fee equal to one night's stay will be charged for reservations cancelled less than 48 hours prior to check in.
• If you plan to enjoy our hot tub, remember to pack your swimsuits!

Rates:  

• April 1^st - November 30^th : $160 - $195 per night.
• December 1^st - March 31^st: $125 - $150 per night.
• Rates are double occupancy and do not include state and local taxes.
• Rollaway bed additional $25 per night.
